Curious George Goes to the USA

This book is dedicated to my Mom and Dad

 

Once there was a monkey named George.  He lived with the man with the yellow hat. They went to the ocean.

 

They had to take an airplane. When George was on the airplane he saw some guys. They had some parachutes. They jumped out. George was curious. He jumped out of the airplane. But he did not have a parachute.

 

The pilot saw George falling. He grabbed a parachute and jumped. He caught George and landed safely. George felt good.

 

George and the man with the yellow hat drove off in the little blue car. Then they were at the USA.

 

About the Author

Zak is in grade one. Zak's teacher likes to read Curious George books. One day Zak's teacher made Zak's class write a Curious George book.

 

 

Curious George Went to the Swimming Pool

This book is dedicated to my Mom

 

Once there was a monkey named George.  He went to the pool to have a drink and a swim. He fell into the water. He got out of the water and he went to the diving board. Then George jumped on the diving board.

 

George made a big splash. He swam out of the water and walked to the water fountain where he took a drink. Then the man with the yellow hat drove him home.

 

About the Author

Joel is six. He likes to play soccer.

 

 

Curious George Gets a Dalmatian

This book is dedicated to my Mom and Dad

 

Once there was a monkey named George.  One day they went to the fire station. George got to keep a puppy. He named his puppy Sparky.

 

George lost his puppy. He had been a bad little monkey. That night, Sparky got to bed. The next day, "Oh" Sparky said. "I wish I could find George."

 

Sparky found some old junk. He made a contraption to find George. Sparky pushed the red button. The machine started up and sent data to George's computer.

 

George saw the data. Sparky walked through the city and saw a brown figure walking toward him. It was George.

 

About the Author

Mitchell is the author of this book. He has done lots in Grade One. Mitchell is the best author in the world.

 

Curious George Goes Camping

Once there was a monkey named George.  He lived with the man with the yellow hat.  One day they went camping because it was a holiday.

 

When he went camping George was scared because in the forest there were animals.  He got lost because he ran away from the man in the yellow hat.  George was sad. 

 

The man found him behind a tree in the forest.  George was playing hide and seek with the animals.  They went home but when they got there George was sad because he missed his friends.  He wasn’t happy. 

 

One morning when George woke up the man was not there. George was scared. He went looking for the man. George found him fishing at the lake. The man and George drove home in the little blue car.

Once there was a monkey. His name was George. He lived with the man with the yellow hat. One day he went to the pond. George loved the pond.

 

George was curious.  George stepped on a thistle. He felt hurt and he was scared. The man ran and pulled it out.  OOOAA said George.  George felt happy. It looked like a circle.  There was a pair of swings. Then the man and George drove off in the little blue car.

Once there was a monkey named George. He lived with the man with the yellow hat. George went to the park. George was caught. He got into trouble.  He caught the bunny. George was supposed to stay on the swings but he played with the bunny. They swang together. They tottered together. They slid together. Then George went home with the man with the yellow hat in the little blue car.

Once there was a monkey named George. He lived with the man with the yellow hat.  He went to the F.B.I. place. He pressed a red button. The fire alarm went off. Everyone ran out.  The F.B.I. talked to George. He got into big trouble. The man with the yellow hat came and got him. George and the man drove off in the little blue car.

Once there was a monkey named George. He lived with the man with the yellow hat. One day they went to the zoo. When he got to the zoo he counted the zoo animals. He went to the monkey cage. Then he went to the zebra cage. He was not supposed to go in the cages. Then the man with the yellow hat found George. They drove off together in the little blue car.

Once there was a monkey named Curious George. He lived with the man with the yellow hat. One day he went to the toy factory. He lost a toy cat. The man was furious. George did not know what was happening. The man screamed loud. George fell to the ground.

Curious George Goes to the Artic

 

Once there was a monkey named George. He lived with the man with the yellow hat. They were going to the Artic. They were going on a boat. George jumped to a glacier. It took almost one hour to find him. When the man in the yellow hat found him he told him not to get lost. But later he saw seal’s swimming. Then a seal came to give him a ride because he couldn’t swim. He told his friend all about the glacier and the seals. The glacier was like being inside a crystal. All the ice in the sun did it. But when he actually was on the glacier…He didn’t pay that much attention to it because he was too busy trying to get off. Then they took the boat back to where their car was parked. And once they found their blue car they went home. When they got home, the man with the yellow hat showed George the photos he took while they were there.

Curious George Goes to the Museum

 

Once there was a monkey named Curious George. He lived with the man with the yellow hat. The man with the yellow hat said to George, we are going to go to the museum. George was excited. They got into the car and drove away. When they got there George jumped out of the car. The man with the yellow hat and George went into the museum. It was crowded. George crept away. He looked at all the fossils. He started to climb up then the owner started to come. The fossils fell down. It was a big mess. Then George ran away. The owner ran after George. George ran out of the museum. He hid behind a pine tree and peeked out and crept back. George opened the door. He looked at themes he had made and George started to put the Dinosaur fossils together. Then the owner came. The owner was happy that George put the Dinosaur fossils together. George jumped down. Then the man with the yellow hat came. They went out of the museum and drove away in the little blue car.

Once there was a monkey named George. He lived with the man with the yellow hat. One day the man took George to the museum. In the museum George saw a real dinosaur but George didn’t know that the dinosaur was real. George walked up to the dinosaur but the dinosaur roared. It was a good thing that the dinosaur owner came out and stopped the dinosaur. The man with the yellow hat took George home in the little blue car.

Finally, they got there. While the man with the yellow hat was talking, George saw arms in the water. He jumped in and all in. All of a sudden George was gasping for breath. The man with the yellow hat finally stopped talking. He saw that George was crying. He jumped in and caught George. George and the man with the yellow hat drove off in the little blue car.

Once there was a monkey named George. George lived with his friend the man with the yellow hat. They went to the zoo. George opened the cage of the bear. He opened the elephant cage. The elephant chased Curious George and Curious George hid behind a tree. The elephant could not see him. The elephant went back to the cage so Curious George locked it up again

They said he would have to leave. He felt bad. The man with the yellow hat came and washed George so he felt happy. George and the man with the yellow hat drove off in the little blue car.
